Banana Peanut Butter Breakfast Pizza

All your childhood favorites on a tortilla base.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 6 minutes
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
1 frozen tortilla
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1⁄2 banana, diced
3 to 4 dashes of cinnamon

PROCEDURE
1 Preheat oven to 204 °C.
2 Place frozen tortilla on a pan.
3 Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on the tortilla.
4 Sprinkle diced banana evenly over the peanut butter. Add a dash of cinnamon.
5 Place pizza in the oven and bake for approximately 4 minutes or until edges of the tortilla brown.
6 Allow pizza to cool for 2 minutes on a wire rack, then slice and enjoy.
