Since the very first Bar Pintxos opened in Alabang roughly four years ago, it has become a favorite among foodies who enjoy exceptional tapas with wine and cocktails. It’s an ideal place for catching up with fellow amigas, unwinding with colleagues after work, or for impressing that special someone on your first date.

The culinary team behind one of the most successful tapas place in the metro recently added new items to their menu, making us crave for more wine, cheese, and tapas. Here are the newest addition to their pintxos selection.

1. Lengua con Salsa Monja
(seared lengua with olive oil and olives)

2. Foie con Queso de Cabra
(foie gras with apple, goats cheese and honey)

3. Pintxo de Pulpo
(smoked pulpo with bravas allioli)

4. Lengua a la Romana
(fried lengua in tarragon sauce)
