Campania Panini, fully-loaded Italian sammies


A hassle-free sandwich that can be enjoyed any time of day.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serves 1

20 grams mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
1 ciabatta
80 grams mortadella, thinly sliced
70 grams provolone, thinly sliced
50 grams red bell peppers, sliced into rings
50 grams tomatoes, thinly sliced
50 grams arugula

1 In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
2 Slice ciabatta in half horizontally and spread mayonnaise mixture on both halves.
3 Top one half of the ciabatta with mortadella, provolone, red bell peppers, tomatoes, and arugula.
4 Cover with the other half of the bread.
