This may sound too simple, but there’s really nothing like fresh cucumber topped with cream cheese, prosciutto, and salami Milano.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
1 medium-sized cucumber
150 grams cream cheese
20 grams parsley, finely chopped
20 grams mint, finely chopped
30 grams prosciutto, thinly sliced
30 grams salami Milano, thinly sliced
1. Clean the cucumber thoroughly, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Set aside.
2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and herbs.
3. Place cream cheese mixture in cucumber halves.
4. Top with prosciutto and salami.
