Dulce de Leche French Toast with Tablea

A decadent twist to a classic breakfast favorite.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves 1

INGREDIENTS
2 pieces sourdough bread
3 tablespoons dulce de leche
30 grams mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons cream cheese
20 grams cheddar cheese

PROCEDURE
1 Get 2 pieces of bread and spread about 2-3 tablespoons of cream cheese and 2-3 tablespoons of dulce de leche.
2 Add mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese.
3 Place sandwich on a panini maker, and brush butter on both sides of the sandwich.
4 When the cheese melts and turns golden brown, place the sandwich on a plate.
