The annual gastronomy congress seeks to celebrate culinary innovations all over the world. Now on its 21st year, the theme takes a closer look at the various flavors discovered by Spanish explorer Juan Sebastian Eleano upon his successful journey circumnavigating the globe.
The convention happening on October 6-9 also seeks to tackle emerging trends in various cuisines.
