Ginisang Hipon sa Tabang Talangka at Labuyo


Without a doubt, this quick and tasty seafood rice topper is bound to be an instant favorite.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Serves 1 to 2

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoons onions, chopped
½ clove garlic, minced
6 pieces medium shrimps, peeled and deveined
2 pieces labuyo, chopped
1 tablespoon crab fat
½ tablespoon calamansi juice
1 tablespoon light brandy
½ tablespoon liquid seasoning
Salt and pepper, as needed

1. Sauté onions and garlic in a pan with hot oil.
2. Add shrimps and red chili.
3. Add crab fat and calamansi juice.
4. Pour brandy and season with liquid seasoning, salt, and pepper.
