This classic Pinoy delight will make you crave for summer all year long.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
For the Cream Mixture
200 ml whipped cream
120 grams powdered sugar
500 ml plain yogurt
For the Toppings
1. Combine the whipped cream and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir well with a whisk. Pour in the yogurt. Mix well, and set aside.
2. For each glass, layer 1 tablespoon of each ingredient with 3 tablespoons of the cream mixture in between layers. Chill for 2 hours.
3. Top each parfait with rice crispies and grated cheese before serving.
