3. Chef Kalel’s Ube Champorado in Manila
Just in time for the cold weather is the Manila launch of Chef Kalel Chan’s famous ube champorado from Cha Cha’s Beach Café in Boracay. This stunner of a dish first stole hearts in the said diner known for serving breakfast staples in the island, and was severely missed by patrons since Boracay’s temporary shutdown last April. Thankfully, this bowl of happiness has already made it to the Metro via Providore’s menu. Don’t miss out and grab this famed bowl to accompany you this rainy season.
Providore is located at G/F SM Aura, BGC, Taguig.
