Ever wondered how Italians make their iconic fresh pasta? On March 28, you’ll have the chance to learn from Italians themselves with Società Dante Alighieri Manila‘s Pasta Workshop.
In partnership with traditional Italian restaurant Francesco’s in Bonifacio Global City, participants of the pasta-making class will learn the art and science behind one of the best forms of carbs in the world – Italy’s gift to the world. The workshop includes lessons on how to make pasta from scratch, how to make the best sauce to accompany your handmade pasta, and of course tasting (the best part).
The Pasta Workshop will set you back P700 per student. Kids above 12 years old are welcome to join the class on March 28, 2020 at Francesco’s (BGC Corporate Center, 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City Taguig).
