Live Crab, Garoupa, and Chaozhou-style Dumpling: New seasonal offers at this award-winning Cantonese restaurant in Ortigas

If you ever find yourself in Ortigas or simply craving for authentic Chinese cuisine, Marco Polo Ortigas Manila‘s multi-awarded Cantonese restaurant just launched new dishes to enjoy this time of the year.

Lung Hin‘s Executive Chinese Chef Ken Leung created new Cantonese fare to give diners something new to try and experience. Much like the rest of Lung Hin’s offers, these new dishes celebrate “vibrant, fresh flavors, guided by its respect for traditional Cantonese culinary methods”.

The new Hong Kong Chef’s Recommendations are available for lunch and dinner service daily starting February 5 to April 30, 2020.
