Lung Hin to serve novel seafood delicacies in time for summer

Award-winning Cantonese restaurant Lung Hin will soon be serving a one-of-a-kind seafood offer to showcase the “subtle and exquisite flavors of the sea”.

Starting March 1st, diners can savor various iterations of the sea mantis prawn as created by Executive Chinese Chef Ken Leung. According to multi-awarded Marco Polo Ortigas Manila, sea mantis is “often found in tropical and subtropical waters, the sea mantis prawn’s flesh is comparable to lobsters.”

Guests can enjoy three exclusive creations at Lung Hin from March 1 to May 31, 2020. Check out the unique dishes below.
