And this he did by concocting the dessert version of the passions of two of the city’s most exciting personalities: professional shopper Mika Lagdameo and travel show host, Maggie Wilson.
For instance, the Chai Tea Floral Leches Cake was inspired by Maggie’s love for travel. Here, you can find a variety of flavor cues from several world cultures, touching base on the host’s personal destination faves – from Italy to Japan to India. Perfect for adventurous epicureans, expect the bold and daring to surprise your tastebuds.
Meanwhile, the Tropical Fruit Pastillas Cheesecake is inspired by Mika’s full-fledged devotion for shopping. Like fashion, the dessert is a marriage of the classics paired with a handful of standout elements. Chef Miko likens this creation of his to a little black dress, a must-have in every girl’s wardrobe, coupled with accessories to make a bold but classy statement.
These desserts will be available for a limited time only at Le Petit Souffle from September 28 to 30, so make sure to grab them while they last.
