In TMG, the most brilliant concepts come from the most arbitrary things. “There’s so many sources of inspiration to start a restaurant, and I think what makes our restaurants fun and exciting is because they’re real. They’re made from our hearts and not from business plans,” muses Abba. Noteworthy too is the group’s dedication to sweat the small stuff in all aspects of concept creation. After all, these are the things that are linked to the DNA of a restaurant.

The people behind The Moment Group sees restaurants as living breathing creations. It is created with a specific DNA, a specific personality. “Everyday, a restaurant—like a human being—is evolving, changing, and becoming better. But it’s being done in a way wherein you can’t really tell that it’s changing—it’s just growing up with its consumers and its diners,” Abba points out. To them, keeping up does not always equate to being trendy. Rather, it’s perfecting a certain kind of care and affection with their brands that keep people coming back for more.  This, perhaps, is what makes the ‘moment’ last.

And with 5 years in, 10 brands, and 27 outlets across the Metro, you can expect more to come before the year ends. With TMG, it’s just inevitable.
