A pasta dish laden with rich, smoky undertones that will sure make you crave for more.

2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons sesame oil
5 large button mushrooms, stemmed and sliced thinly
2 tablespoons char siu sauce
60 mL oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sugar
500 grams cooked pasta
1⁄2 cup peanuts, roasted and coarsely chopped
1 Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
2 Mix sesame oil, mushrooms, char siu sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic, water, and sugar in a bowl.
3 Add liquid mixture to pan and simmer for a few minutes.
4 Add pasta and toss. Then, serve and sprinkle with peanuts.
