20 grams mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
80 grams mortadella, thinly sliced
70 grams provolone, thinly sliced
50 grams red bell peppers, sliced into rings
50 grams tomatoes, thinly sliced
50 grams arugula
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Slice ciabatta in half horizontally and spread mayonnaise mixture on both halves.
Top one half of the ciabatta with mortadella, provolone, red bell peppers, tomatoes, and arugula.
Cover with the other half of the bread.
