Ingredients

FOR THE CONDENSED MILK ICE CREAM

1 ½ cups milk

½ cup condensed milk

2 cups whipping cream

¼ cup white sugar

6 pieces egg yolks

¼ teaspoon salt

FOR THE TOPPINGS

Avocado slices

Pilipit bread

Pinipig polvoron

Banana chips

Directions

In bowl, put white sugar and egg yolks.

Boil milk, cream, salt and condensed milk.

Temper egg yolk mixture to hot milk mixture while continuously mixing. Continue cooking until it slightly thickens.

Remove from heat and ice bath to cool down.

Churn cooled down mixture. Churning period will depend on your machine settings. After churning, put in a container and freeze mixture overnight.

When ready to serve, top with avocado slices, pilipit, pinipig polvoron, and saba chips.
