Grilled Ensaymada Sandwich with Longganisa Bits

1 piece ensaymada

1 teaspoon butter

2 tablespoons cream cheese

100 grams longganisa bits

salt and pepper, to taste


Slice ensaymada into3 horizontally. Placeon a tray.

Melt butter on a non-stick pan. Grill the ensaymada until sides turn brown, then spread cream cheese on each piece. Season with salt and pepper

Place the longganisa bits on each slice of ensaymada.
