For the cream mixture
200 mL whipped cream
120 grams powdered sugar
500 mL plain yogurt
For the toppings
Combine the whipped cream and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir well with a whisk. Pour in the yogurt. Mix well, and set aside.
For each glass, layer 1 tablespoon of each ingredient with 3 tablespoons of the cream mixture in
between layers. Chill for 2 hours. Top each parfait with rice crispies and grated cheese.
