250 grams pizza dough
10 mL extra virgin olive oil
15 grams liver pâté
15 grams lechon sauce mix
120 grams mozzarella
70 grams lechon meat
2-3 stalks scallions, roasted
30-40 grams crispy lechon skin
1 gram chives
In a bowl, mix liver spread and lechon sauce.
Roll out the pizza dough to around 12-inch diameter. Spread the liver spread mixture on the dough.
Grate in some mozzarella or top with any grated cheese of your choice.
Finish off by adding the stalks of scallions and lechon skin.
Bake the pizza in 500°F for 10 minutes. Top with chives and serve.
