Mac and Cheese Casserole

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium white onion, minced

250 grams ground beef

1 tablespoon fish sauce

250 grams spaghetti sauce

250 grams elbow macaroni

1/2 cup of water + 1 cup for cooking the pasta

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

450 grams mozzarella, shredded

400 grams cheddar, shredded


Heat olive oil and briefly cook garlic and white onion without browning the garlic. Add ground beef. Once beef is almost cooked, add the fish sauce.

Add spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for 3 minutes.

Add uncooked pasta and water.

Once half cooked add cream of mushroom and mix thoroughly. Add another cup of water and cover to let pasta cook completely. Takes about 5 minutes

Season with salt and pepper. Add half of the cheeses and mix thoroughly.

Spread the remaining cheese on top and cover to melt it. Leave cover on for about 2 minutes. Turn off the heat. Once melted, serve!
