250 grams pizza dough
10 mL extra virgin olive oil
120 grams mozzarella
75 grams saffron-infused marinara
40 grams roasted chicken
30 grams Spanish chorizo, cooked
45 grams prawns, cooked
30 grams mussel meat, cooked
20 grams roasted peppers
Roll out the pizza dough to around 12-inch diameter.
Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and grate in some mozzarella on top or any cheese of your choice.
Top with roasted chicken, Spanish chorizo, prawns, mussel meats, and roasted pepper.
Bake the pizza in 500°F for 10 minutes.
Drizzle with lemon aioli before serving.
