Heat around 3 tablespoons of cooking oil. Gently cook the sliced garlic on low heat for around 15 minutes or until toasted. Set aside for garnish.
Using the same garlic oil, fry flaked pork until brown. Add sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce has reduced to ½ or more. Add rice and cook until sauce is evenly distributed. Garnish with toasted garlic and tomato salted egg salsa.
