Ingredients

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons red onion, minced

2 teaspoons garlic, minced

1 piece green chilli

1 piece red chilli

¼ cup coconut milk

2 tablespoons water

3 tablespoons shrimp paste

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 pieces river shrimps

2 pieces squid, sliced to rings

8 pieces clams

1 piece tilapia, filleted

¼ piece chayote, julienned

¼ piece sili tops, fried

Directions

Sauté onion, garlic, green chili, red chili, and bagoong in vegetable oil.

Add seafood, coconut milk, water, and chayote. Simmer until chayote is cooked and the sauce is thickened.

Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fried sili tops.
