Ingredients

FOR THE SALMON TARTARE

1 cup sushi salmon, cut into small cubes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon shallots, peeled and minced

¼ teaspoon dill, minced

1 teaspoon lime juice

sea salt, to taste

FOR THE SPICY AVOCADO

¾ cup avocado, mashed

½ cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced small

1 teaspoon lime juice

1 teaspoon wasabi powder

sea salt, to taste

FOR THE GARNISH

2 tablespoons red caviar

2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts

Directions

FOR THE SALMON TARTARE

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss together until well mixed. Set aside in the refrigerator.

FOR THE SPICY AVOCADO

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss together until well-mixed.

TO ASSEMBLE

Place ¼ of the spicy avocado on a plate, then top with the salmon tartare. Finish with another layer of spicy avocado. Garnish with salmon caviar and alfalfa sprouts on top.
