These handy oatmeal treat is perfect for prep meals to have a grab-and-go breakfast or afternoon snack throughout the busy week.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
1 green apple
1 cup quick cook oatmeal
1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
1⁄4 cup fresh milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon almond slices
1 tablespoon raisins
1 piece fresh fruit
1. Peel the green apple, and slice off the pit and seeds. Grate and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine and soak oatmeal in yogurt, milk, honey, and grated apple.
3. Transfer to a jar, then top with almonds and raisins. Refrigerate.
4. Serve with some fresh fruit slices.
