Got 15 minutes? This Sticky Orange Chicken recipe is so ridiculously quick and tasty that it will surely be one of your go-to dishes once you’ve learned how to make it.

Serves 2 to 3
1 pound boneless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
2 to 3 tablespoons water
1 piece orange, zest and cut
1 piece garlic clove, sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
Bunch of green onions, sliced diagonally
Bunch of parsley and cilantro
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 Season chicken with salt and pepper. Then on medium heat, brown chicken on both sides in olive oil, for 2 minutes each side. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until slightly brown on the edges.
2 Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, vinegar, honey, water, lemon zest, and juice of one orange. Let simmer until thick and syrupy, tossing chicken occasionally.
3 Finish with green onions, cilantro, and parsley off the heat.
4 Serve on top of steaming plain rice.
