A light and easy dessert or breakfast of fresh fruit and home-made nut crunch topped with truffled honey.
Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 minutes
FOR THE FRUIT SALAD
1 kiwi, cubed
15 strawberries, cubed
2 cavendish bananas, cubed
1 papaya solo, cubed
1 pineapple, cubed
1 red dragon fruit, cubed
150 grams feta or cottage cheese, cubed
1 tablespoon mint leaves, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons truffled honey
FOR THE NUT CRUNCH
30 grams almonds, sliced
30 grams pistachio nuts
2 slices white bread, cubed and toasted
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 In a bowl, mix all the fruits. Afterward, arrange nicely in a salad bowl and drizzle truffled honey over them.
2 Combine all nut crunch ingredients in another bowl, top with powdered sugar. 3 Top your fruit salad with nut crunch and serve.
